CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR SEA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Contact customers to receive bookings and shipment information.
  • Check SI, send SI, make bill of loading.
  • Booking space with shipping lines for shipments.
  • Send shipment information to relevant parties; Track shipments in transit.
  • Perform documentation work related to shipments.
  • Advise customers and resolve problems that arise during the delivery process.
  • Other tasks as assigned and mobilized by the Company's Board of Directors.
  • Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications and experience.
  • Education level (College, university...).
  • Have working knowledge and experience related to transportation agents, import and export of goods or related industries
  • Priority is given to having experience working with shipping lines, FWD, taking and releasing Bking.
  • Experience in making reference products is preferred.

Skills/Abilities.

  • Have the ability to organize and plan work and manage work progress.
  • Good communication, good bargaining and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, agile, passionate about work.
  • Have a sense of responsibility, eager to learn and highly progressive.
