CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR SEA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contact customers to receive bookings and shipment information.
- Check SI, send SI, make bill of loading.
- Booking space with shipping lines for shipments.
- Send shipment information to relevant parties; Track shipments in transit.
- Perform documentation work related to shipments.
- Advise customers and resolve problems that arise during the delivery process.
- Other tasks as assigned and mobilized by the Company's Board of Directors.
- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications and experience.
- Education level (College, university...).
- Have working knowledge and experience related to transportation agents, import and export of goods or related industries
- Priority is given to having experience working with shipping lines, FWD, taking and releasing Bking.
- Experience in making reference products is preferred.
Skills/Abilities.
- Have the ability to organize and plan work and manage work progress.
- Good communication, good bargaining and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, agile, passionate about work.
- Have a sense of responsibility, eager to learn and highly progressive.
