• Operate and manage staff in the team, Coordinate between Trucking, customs, and CS departments.
  • Check all goods/delivery documents to ensure accurate and timely declaration.
  • Manage the implementation progress of all process chains, ensure time compliance and evaluate the reasonableness of costs to make timely proposals.
  • Coordinate with the trucking department to evaluate and select suitable loading and unloading vehicles for delivery.
  • Select customs clearance service units that meet the company's goals in terms of time and cost.
  • Responsible for all import and export processes such as preparing customs documents, arranging container loading and unloading schedules...
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and reporting.
  • Advise customers and resolve problems that arise during the delivery process.

  • Qualifications and experience.
  • Education level (College, university...).
  • Have knowledge and work experience related to delivery and customs declaration process with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in managing import-export goods in transit.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in managing import and export of agricultural goods.
